Whats New at GIIAS 2024?

 Yesterday I just visited the biggest car exhibition this year, namely the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). At Giias this year, lots of car brands are coming to Indonesia from various types and chassis models. This giias is now being held at ICE BSD which has no doubt about its facilities and size.In hall 1-3A, we will find various brands of commercial and passenger vehicles such as HINO, Mitsubishi Fuso, Isuzu, UD Trucks, and DFSK.

 Apart from that, there are also new passenger vehicle brands that will be present for the first time at GIIAS 2024, such as BYD, Jetour, GAC Aion, and VinFast, who will share space with very well-known global automotive brands such as Audi, GWM, Mercedes-Benz , KIA, Nissan, Volkswagen, Citroen, and Seres. 

Three leading Bus Karoseri brands, namely Adiputro, Laksana, and Tentrem, are also present with their latest innovations.Meanwhile, filling the entire area next to the Hall, we can see three brands of passenger vehicles from BMW, Mini and Volvo, displaying their latest products ranging from petrol-based vehicle models to electric vehicles.

Entering hall areas 5 to 10, GIIAS presents various brands that must be entered, such as Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Lexus, Mazda, Porsche, Wuling, Daihatsu, Suzuki, Neta, Chery, MG, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi Motors. Meanwhile, one of the newest brands present at GIIAS, namely BAIC, has a special presence in the newest hall, hall 11, displaying various flagship products. 

Unfortunately I didn't make it to hall 11 because I was too tired. I will write about various types of cars and their specifications in another blog.Nissan also showed their concept product based on the Nissan Serena which was displayed at the front of the stage, which was a floating car. very interesting and futuristic

GIIAS 2024 not only offers visitors the opportunity to take a closer look at the latest vehicles and advanced technology, but also have the opportunity to do a test drive in the area provided in the loading dock hall 2-10. This gives us direct experience in testing the performance and features the latest from various brands which will only be present at the GIIAS 2024 event. But unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try the newest car here because it was very queued and busy so I just looked at the specifications of the car.
