Campus Activity : Lovely Hands Community

For the first time, I've been following the government's activities of student creativity programmes aimed at how we're active in the campus and sharpen the skills in speech and business. My team chose a community of children with special needs called Lovely Hands. All I and my friends are doing here is teaching them how to make natural yogurt. The challenge here is that it's very difficult to communicate with these children with special needs, but they have great enthusiasm to understand and learn.

There's one kid who has a disorder, but he's very clever at counting. I happened to be in the operations division, so I took care of everything and kept it from getting messed up and disappearing. The second purpose of our function in this community is to help promote the products they make in order to expand the network of their sales.

They produce and offer unique handcrafted goods to customers and order sites, such food and basket bags. My friend and I don't sell the products; instead, we just help with promotion. After the conclusion of the activity, we must also submit a business proposal explaining whether the exercise is worthwhile or just an attraction for the kids. My friend and I had issues with member in this community. We must verify with the community management to make sure this action is correct before submitting an application.

Due to a misunderstanding, our application was turned rejected as a repercussions. The management believes that we are the ones selling the products, but in reality, we help with advertisements and growing relationships, in order to raise their market value. At least, my friends and I participated in educational activities with these kids. It's an interesting journey which helps me respect what we're given as well as understand how other people live.
