Teamwork and Interpretional Communications

 In this blog I'm going to share what I learned with Mr. Fariz. Communication and collaboration are crucial in business. According to Goleman is "the rules for work are changing, were being judge by a new yardstick. not just a smart we are or by our practice. but also by how well we handle ourself and each other.

Teamwork in business communication is very important because we have to be able to work together with employees and partners.The importance of face-to-face communication in organizations has been recognized by both business managers and organizational theorists for many years. For example, we know from research that managers spend enormous amounts of time in conversation, meetings and discussion.

Interpersonal communication refers to the exchange of information, thoughts, feelings, and ideas between two or more people through verbal and non-verbal channels. It is a fundamental aspect of human interaction and plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, conveying emotions, and achieving mutual understanding.
